Jorge: I remember when you used to come to Guanabo, Juani and I would claim we both had a crush on you. However, Mely or Mami (one of them) mentioned the word called “incest” (to us was either a disease or sin)…and Juani was out of the picture cuz she was ur cousin. So, I had no competition. Of course, you would not pay attention to either one of us cuz we were so silly.
I indeed remember your father Isidro being so handsome and Reglita so pretty.
I bet you rented the “caballos” (horses) from Daniel…the horse-renting monopoly in that town.
Speaking of horses. I remember that Abuela (Mely) had a picture of Armando and Abuelo (Filipe) on a black horse. Also, I remember a picture of Juana Maria and Dad (I think it was Dad) sitting in the trunk of a car. Does anyone know what I am talking about????
