Regalina Cadavedo 2007

Cadavedo is a coastal town in western Asturias and its absolutely beautiful. The kids were “adopted” by the town people who didn’t get to see too many North Americans in that area unlike southern Spain. We spent one of the thre weeks that we were in Spain in this town as it was centric to many other places we visited while in the region. Bagpipes and drums are the traditional musical instruments in Asturias. In this video, you’ll see dancers in traditional Astur dress dancing to the bagpipes by the Cantabrian sea cliffs. This area was a five minute walk from the house we rented while there. The sea was unbelievable. the color was Caribbean turquoise.
