Phone Book

Hi everybody:I went to the Miracle Mile Arts Festival in Coral Gables and managed to buy a 1959 DirectorioTelefonico de las Provincias, meaning a Cuban white/yellow pages. There was a separate edition just for the City of Habanabut the vendor was already sold out on that one.Don’t ask me in what order is this directory formatted under. I’m still trying to figure this one out.I found, under Guanabo, listings for Ruso y Sierra, Lugones, Fraga, Pomares, El Amor de Dios, Bello, Maravillas, Puerto Principe, Mor,La Concha ,,,,,etc.I do not see anything for Linde, Casino de La Concha, or Garcia and Domenech for that matter. Couldn’t find Newton either.Under Guanajay I found two listings, one for Dad under his name and another one under El Niagara.Since I do not have the Habana counterpart book I do not have anything for Cojimar, Guanabacoa, Regla, El Cerro o Santo Suarez.However, I have listings under Campo Florido, Tarara, Santa Maria del Mar and other towns around Guanabo.I just wanted to share this with you all.I tried scanning to the e-mail some pages but they are not legible. I have included one though, the one showing theRuso y Sierra listing at 1a. Ave. Love, always Juany
